It’s been two weeks since President Cyril Ramaphosa announced the early closure of schools and just in case you’re struggling to keep your children busy, Tracy Juliano has the perfect indoor hack.

The American mother-of-two shared a clip of her daughter's set-up in front of the TV with their bicycles that have been transformed into indoor exercising bicycles, The Sun reports.

Taking to her Instagram page, Tracy shared a clip of her little ones exercising on their bicycles that have training wheels which are secured by her trainers.

“Indoor cycling for kids!” she captioned the post which has had more than 2 000 views.
