We sent out a call to all South Africans to be united in song as part of our Anthem Project. Several parents across the country heeded the call and got their kids to perform on camera and bring the dream to fruition. We’re loving the submissions that have been uploaded thus far and would like to encourage more of the little humans of this nation to get involved and join in showing their pride for our beautiful country by sharing their renditions of the national anthem.
By submitting your video, you could win a chance to donate a share of R1 million in cash and prizes to your charity of choice. We have had some stunning submissions thus far, with children far and wide coming to the party and being shining embodiments of national pride and admiration. Here are some of the cutest submissions we have received thus far (get ready to smile):
Brothers Tomas and Lourens joined their cousin Aiden in a performance of the national anthem before a very serious game of backyard rugby. We see them singing in a stadium in their future…
Callum and Jason give us their rendition of the national anthem
These two cuties, Callum and Jason, took bathtub karaoke to a whole new level with their passionate rendition of Nkosi Sikelel’iAfrika! Watch out for the impressive solo finish on this one…
