"I was on oxygen, it was so scary"

accreditation

Before I fell pregnant with my second born, I had about 2 miscarriages and I was scared that I was gonna lose this one as well. I never enjoyed it. On my 7th month I went to see my gynae as usually, it was the 24th of May and when they check my baby his heart was beating but he wasn't moving they had to admit me for a further assesment.

The whole night I was on baby heart monitor and I was on oxygen it was so scary, they had to put me on oxygen because my baby was distressing. Then on the 25th morning they decided to take me to theatre and I went there for ceasar, when they showed me my boy I didn't know whether to cry or what. He was so tiny he was about 1300g.

I spent ten days on a ceasar and tubaligation ward, then I moved to Kangaroo care I stayed there for a month until my boy weighs 1700g. My pregnancy was not easy, I faced so many challenges, even on birth I faced some challenges as well. But today my cute boy is 5 months old, I love him with a neverending love, he is my everything.
