Make the most of your doctors appointments.

There’s nothing worse than waiting a month to see your gynae, getting home and realizing that there’s something you forgot to ask him. And your next appointment is a whole 30 days away. Keep a piece of paper on your fridge entitled Doctor, Doctor (or if you prefer – Questions to Ask the Doctor) and a pencil tied to a piece of string attached to another fridge magnet. Jot down every question you have and take the paper with you to your appointments.
