Parent24's Midwife, Marlise Van Onselen got a question asking about these kinds of pains during pregnancy:My hips are killing me at night, I have tried the pillow between legs, under hips, stretching & a warm pack, nothing is helping. Any suggestions? I'm 32 weeks pregnant.
Answer:During pregnancy you body goes through lots of changes, this changes can create many aches and pains. Hip pain and lower-back pain are two of the most common pains during pregnancy. Treatment will not necessarily take the pain away but will a allowing you to have a more comfortable pregnancy experience.
