Instead of opting for that high-fat, greasy snack, reach for some tasty, organic or local produce. Pack some raw foods in the kids’ lunch box. Incorporate Omega 3 and Omega 6 into your diet (try salmon and flax). Make an effort to give your kids that extra boost.
