After dinner each night, when you’re feeling satisfied and your will power is up, gather together all the food you’re going to eat the next day.
Place this in something suitable (like a plastic cake container). Each day you can access this container for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nothing is to touch your lips that doesn’t come from this container. Decant from here into something smaller (like a lunchbox) for going to work.
If you’ve got an extra special husband then ask him to cook for you before you get home (and, you guessed it, only from the container).
When you’re back on the healthy diet wagon you can be less stringent with yourself.
