What we thought:

Pregnancy can be a very stressful time for moms-to-be and your baby can be affected by this stress. Wendy Oldfield has put together a great CD. The tracklist of 10 songs is very relaxing and soothing. So just taking some time out and listening to this can calm the nerves and tension and you really feel quite relaxed. The sound has a distinctly African flavour which I liked and I think I might have heard a didgeridoo which gives it a very organic feel.

We all know babies respond to sounds when they're in the womb, evidence when she responds to your voice with kicking. It's believed that the sounds babies hear in the womb are their very first sensory experience. This is a very calming and soothing first soundtrack for your baby to have.
