Prematurity: Adjusting your Dream (Little Steps)
In-depth info and advice for South African parents of premature babies.

Where can I get it?

We like

Faced with the unexpected challenge of a premature baby, many parents are ill-equipped. This comprehensive book by NICU nurse and midwife Welma Lubbe covers every aspect of the health and care of these tiny, fragile babies. Pictures of many premature babies and how to hold, feed and care for them make the book even more user-friendly and useful. Written with great empathy for parents, the book is medically detailed but not too complicated, and will become a well-thumbed reference in any home that welcomes a premature baby.

What we don’t like

Unfortunately the book is currently only available on order from the Little Steps website.
