Getting a tattoo or a piercing can be a big step for your teen. Whether it's a show of their individualism or a response to peer pressure, it's an act that permanently change the way they are perceived.

Many parents would outright stand against their teenager wanting to change their body in that manner while they're still in school, but there are those who don't mind...
