A woman was allegedly hit by a flying gas cylinder which exploded at a scrapyard in Delft, Cape Town, on Sunday afternoon.
The victim was walking along Hindle Road when she was struck by the object.
Western Cape police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Joseph Swartbooi, confirmed that Delft police had attended to a complaint on Sunday afternoon.
