Sweet, sweet sleep!
What time does peace descend on your house?
Adele Hamilton, Editor Parent24
At 11 and 17, my sons take themselves to bed without a grumble, understanding the need to get a decent night's sleep.
But it wasn't long ago we had the usual litany of bedtime delay tactics ('I need a glass of water...' 'My leg is sore inside...' 'I'm looking for my goggles...')
When we asked our Facebook fans what time bedtime is
, we got an interesting variety of responses, from a gobsmackingly organised 6.45 to a slightly sheepish 10pm. (Like our page
