PRINTABLE: Ramadan 1439 calendar for 2018
We've put together a Ramadan calendar for our Muslim parents to put up on the fridge at home to avoid those “Is it time yet?” and "How long still?" questions from your little ones.
We've listed all your prayer times and included the duas for fasting as well in this Ramadan 1439 Calendar for May/June 2018. (iStock)

Ramadan is the 9th month of the Islamic calendar and this year, 1439, we’ve been blessed once again to observe the most sacred month of the year.

But we know that for our little ones fasting their very first Ramadan, it’s both exciting and, at times, challenging, especially later in the day when their stomachs start to rumble and they start asking, “Is it time yet?”. Well, we’d like to make things as easy as possible for you when you’re preparing delicious spreads for iftaar and trying to juggle getting everything else done before the maghrib adhan.

So we’ve put together a Ramadan calendar to go up on the fridge with all the important prayer times (we’ve even highlighted those fajr and maghrib times for the kids), as well as the dua for us to say before and when we break our fast.
