Susie Martin, director of operations and a certified meteorologist for Praedictix, came to work on 5 October to present the weather with her very special assistant.

In honour of International Babywearing Week, held from 1 to 7 October 2018, ABC News reports that the mom started describing a wintry-like scene, half a foot of snow and colder temperatures in North Dakota, before turning to reveal her precious 1-year-old son snuggled up on her back.

The mom told Good Morning America, “I wanted to promote this wonderful tool that’s helped me as a mom and the bonding experience between mother and son,” and continued, “I suppose it’s a way for the baby to be comforted. It was nice for me personally because I could multitask while comforting my child.”

The video went viral with millions of views on Facebook and Twitter, which makes Martin all the more proud. “It does make me feel like a mom that can be very capable of doing things,” she said. “That’s just the message I love about it and I would say as a working mom, it’s nice to be able to have this with me to help me do my job.”

We call that warmer-than-average temperatures for the matriarchy for the foreseeable future.
