Remember going out on weeknights or just about whenever you wanted because you had no schedule and you were the master of your own fate?
Remember when you could eat just about anything, any time, because the only mouth you needed to feed was your own?
Remember that time before life got hectic, when responsibilities were few and far between and t-shirt stains and spills rarely featured in your day-to-day?
Well, the moms and dads of the Internet seem to be reminiscing about a simpler time - a time when they were full of hope and opportunity and seemed to be living their best lives.
Until their kids came along.

By that we mean before and after kids, of course, and we can’t help but laugh and cry a little.
I mean, remember that time you had actual outfits of the day instead of the usual whatever-is-clean?
Remember when you were basically a model with the fiercest of looks on your face instead of a hand in the face?
Or a foot?
Or a pad?
Remember Halloween back then, compared to Halloween now?
Remember when moustaches were hipster-fresh, oh-so-cool and a clear sign of your masculinity?
Remember when you had those headshots taken in the prime of your life?
When you were clean-shaven, well-groomed and ready to take on the world?
Remember being young, in love and full of hope and ambition?
Yeah, neither do we. #gottoddlered
