1. The Nutcracker and the Four Realms
Release date: 2 November 2018
An all-star cast including the likes of Keira Knightley, Helen Mirren and Morgan Freeman will be a treat for parents and kiddies alike.
Take a look into the whimsical world of Clara (Mackenzie Foy) as she goes in search of a priceless gift she received from her mother. This leads her into a mysterious parallel universe.

3. Mary Poppins Returns

4. Captain Marvel
Release date: 8 March 2019
If your child is a fan of any of the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, they're anticipating this movie as much as the rest of us fans.
With the huge success of Black Panther and The Avengers: Infinity War earlier this year, the introduction of Captain Marvel is going to be a game-changer.
Set in the 1990s, this story follows Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes when Earth is caught in the middle of a galactic war between two alien races.
Spoiler alert: Avengers Infinity War ends off on a big cliff hanger where Captain Marvel is paged to help save the day, so you can imagine how big of a deal this movie is in carrying the story out (and seeing what a bad ass of a character Captain Marvel is).
5. Dumbo

Another ode to a great classic, everyone's favourite adorable enormous-eared elephant friend is here to steal our hearts all over again.
From visionary director Tim Burton, this grand live-action adventure “Dumbo” is a touching tale in which differences are celebrated, family is cherished and dreams can come true.
6. Aladdin
Release date: 24 May 2019
The live-action remake of this Disney animated classic is sure to be a winner.
And with Will Smith cast as the genie, you're definitely not going to want to miss out on this one.

7. The Lion King
Release date: 19 July 2019

The first Lion King released in 1994 and has been wildly popular ever since. It's no surprise that this too shall be receiving a live-action remake.
With an absolutely all-star cast, this movie is definitely highly anticipated. I mean come on, look at these actors.
8. Artemis Fowl
Release date: 9 August 2019
Artemis Fowl: the story of a 12-year-old genius who comes from a long line of criminal masterminds, as told in the very popular youth novels by Eoin Colfer. Artemis finds himself in a battle of strength and cunning against a powerful, hidden race of fairies who may be behind his father’s disappearance.
